Well laid out and great-sized room with private bathroom and a lounge, a kitchenette, and a safe box. Location near huge shopping centre.

The location was great and easy for exploring this busy area, short walk to trains and Chatswood shopping centre, public transport and major shopping -Westfield and transport, and train line.

The location here is ideal for exploring the vibrant Chatswood area, as it's right next to the train station and the bustling center of town with plenty of shops to discover.

Forced to park on busy street with only 2 hour parking when Booked.net site indicated parking was possible with reservation. Breakfast only on weekends, but we did manage to get a continental placed in room. Ants in room .

Affordable spot with a great location👍. the rooms are cozy and have balconies where you can chill. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety - coffee, tea, and more.

Friendly helpful staff great location close to restaurants and cafes

Rooms were very quiet. Street quiet and leafy. Close to Chatswood station and multiple shopping centres, restaurants, cinemas etc. Staff were very obliging when I wanted to change my booking. Hotel is decorated with old fashioned charm.

Lacking a bit of attenton to detail ie: drawers falling out and not enough power points - I couldn't use the bedside lamp and the electric blanket at the same time.

The Charrington Hotel is a quaint trendy boutique hotel. It offers lovely views across the park and local schools. - the location is convenient, not far from shops at Chatswood and transport. - There are good food options within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

It looked nice from the outside - it had a Federation feel to it. The lobby had beautiful tiffany lamps and comfy lounges. The shower had good, hot water pressure. The room had a nice little balcony looking out onto greenery.

On arrival the staff were talking in another language - I sensed that the women were making fun of me which made me feel very uncomfortable; they were sniggering and laughing and looking at me strangely. The little dog was quite viscous - barking at us ferociously as we walked in, which startled me very much - I am not used to dogs. The room was imposiibly small for two people - we could hardly move around at all. The bed was a foldout and the matress very hard and uncomfortable. We didn't get our towels changed for the 3 days we were there - it was a hotel policy. We could here the occupants upstairs stomping around very loudly - especially late at night which kept us awake.

The room was very traditional and big in general, with balconies. Location: the hotel was right by Chatswood and the train station as well as those who would like a romantic / peaceful time away from the hustle.
